So who on earth are Paul and Andi Andrew?
Well, there aren’t too many people who think moving to New York City with three kids under the age of 5 is a good idea… but Paul and Andi did. Being married for 8 years there is also over 30 years of leadership experience between them.
Paul
Born in Sydney, Paul connected with Jesus when he was 16 years old. Never one to do things half-baked, he was in full-time volunteer ministry from the day after he graduated from high school. For 16 years Paul was in senior leadership in non-profit organisations – including Hillsong Church, government funded youth programs, and Youth Alive NSW. It was through those years that he developed his passion for the art and science of leadership as he led as many as 600 staff and volunteers. In 2008 Paul launched his own business called The Leadership Coach, and today he’s speaking and training around the world in the corporate sector. His business is also helping fund Liberty Church, and he and Andi are very much in it together when it comes to leading Liberty Church.
Andi
Andi grew up in Spokane WA and met Paul in bible school at Hillsong College in Sydney, Australia. Andi truly is an outstanding preacher and it’s little wonder that she leaves such an impact on those who hear her speak. Both Andi and Paul were Pastors at Hillsong Church for many years, overseeing the care of thousands of people and hundreds of volunteers, as well as preaching around the world. For the last few years Andi has been a full-time Mom (aka Mum) to their three young kids. Now she also oversees the running of Liberty Church alongside Paul, with a real focus on connecting people in church life. She also has a secret passion for 80s music (ok, it’s not a secret) and apparently she’s a talented juggler… three kids / marriage / ministry / travel / running a household!
Liberty Church is really a team, not a couple. Not superstars – just a team of very ordinary people who love Jesus with all their hearts as they serve their city.

I dont’t believe in coincedenses. So I believe that God really wants me to attend your church. So I will go. Just need to know what day and time is service. And exactly where is the church?

I’m looking forward to attending your launch on Jan 23rd. I will be bringing my 17 year old daughter. I have a home church, but she doesn’t. She’s not your average teenager. Her desire is to be part of 3 worlds, to make a difference, to be a part of something greater and the Lord spoke to me and told me, she will do great things to honor and glorify HIM! Please keep us in prayer. Many blessings! Marleene
