Two ladies are looking for a respectful, clean and friendly apartment mate in Elmhurst. NOTE: this is a 2 bedroom that has been converted into a 3-er. The room for rent is one of the REAL rooms (you get your own closet, window, heater, yadda, yadda, yadda…)

**This room is avail from Jan 1st 2013 - July 2013. Then you, or you and your BFF or extended family, or co-workers or whomever, could take over the lease.

Need someone with a 9-5 schedule. Just because we’re old crotchety ladies (32 yrs old) and we like to sleep during normal hrs, so we can get to work - on time.

Our hobbies include:
- Knitting
- Random Dance Parties (C + C Music Factory, anyone?)
- One of the ladies is a fake-chef and quite territorial with her kitchen supplies, so be warned. Something about food allergies and she’s also an awkward sort of germaphobe
- Singing aloud to each other
- Crafting (Crafting is really in now a days. It’s cooler than growing out your beard or brewing your own beer. Beer brewing was so 2011. See, we’re hip!)
- Not being home during the day. Unless we’re sick or playing hooky.
- Bacon
- Wedding planning (one roommie is getting married in 6 months.)
- Marfa, Texas
- Shakespeare

Ideal flatmate would cook mostly once per week and open to (and actually following through with) a cleaning schedule.

No drugs, loud parties, loud late night cooking - the standard stuff.

The common areas are too small to accommodate overnight guests. Womp, womp.
