Part Time - Sales and Office Administrative Support for Fashion Agency
START DATE: Monday 9/3/2025
Strong organizational skills, accuracy and the ability to multi-task are also vital to this role. You will be working in the fashion industry so being well presented is important.
Day-to-day duties will include:
- Processing of customer orders and sales
- Support to Brand Director
- Preparation of reports and other communications
- Sales activities support, written and other. ie preparation of reports,
- Phone support.
- Liaising with international suppliers
- Generation of supplier purchase orders
- Inventory and supply chain activities
- General office duties including answering of phones.

Be well presented, responsible and reliable.
Excellent phone manner.
Extensive MYOB experience.
Strong Microsoft Excel Skills.
Ability to adapt to a changing environment and co-ordinate multiple tasks.
Ability to work in a team as well as autonomously.
