Liberty Church is not event driven, neither is it an institution. Our foundation is genuine community, being catalysts for good in all spheres of life, and living for a cause greater than ourselves.

Liberty Church was established on a foundation of genuine community, being catalysts for good in all spheres of life, and living for a cause greater than ourselves.
Lead Pastors Paul and Andi Andrew moved from Sydney, Australia in 2010 to plant Liberty Church in New York City, with a God-inspired dream to influence a city that influences the world. Now with the launch of Liberty Church Upper West Side we now have four communities across our city - one church in four neighborhoods. Watch this video to find out more about us…

What To Expect

You can expect a friendly atmosphere, a fun and safe kids program, enlightening bible based teaching, and inspiring worship. Our Lounge opens at 9.30am and our team will be there to assist you with any questions you may have. We hope you’ll join us!

Paul Andrew

Lead Pastor

Paul was born and raised in Sydney, Australia and gave his life to Jesus at age 16. Since then his passion has been the local church. More than two decades of full-time ministry have spanned church, government and community-based organizations.Today as Lead Pastor of Liberty Church with Andi he also serves as a coach for the Association of Related Churches, helping others launch new churches especially in urban centers and the northeast.

Andi Andrew

Lead Pastor

Andi grew up in Spokane, Washington and met Paul in Bible college in Australia. She truly is an outstanding and sought-after preacher and carries the leadership of Liberty Church together with Paul. Andi’s years of ministry have shaped her with a passion to see people experience real freedom and it’s little wonder her leadership and ministry have such a lasting impact. As well as building the church, she’s blessed with four incredible kids…three boys and a little princess. They’re not the normal New York family but they’re convinced normal is over-rated anyway.

Parker and Jessi Green

Upper West Side Pastors

Parker and Jessi Green are the pastors of Liberty Church Union Square and Upper west side. They were married in 2013, and are in love with Manhattan, and their dog, Nugget. Parker has poured his life into seeing people follow Jesus with their whole hearts. Jessi is passionate about sharing her faith and loves to equip people to minister to their communities through evangelism. As the Worship Director of Liberty, Jessi loves building a team that honors God through praise.

Bob and Mavis Green

Pastoral Care Directors

Bob & Mavis moved to NYC from the beaches of Orange County, CA about two years ago to help build Liberty with their daughter, Andi and her husband, Paul. They’re “Poppy” and “Nonni” to their four Andrew grandkids in NYC, three in Seattle and one in Australia. Their passion is to see family and community experienced in a godly way, free from guilt and shame, and to champion generational purpose and blessing. Through God’s love, they hope to see people healed on every level and receive the love they’ve only hoped and dreamed to be true. They desire to see people find a home at Liberty because it expresses the Father’s love tangibly. Besides loving people, Bob’s middle name is Vannaman, which epitomizes his past surf lifestyle. He likes coffee and hamburgers. Mavis loves horses, science fiction, bacon, dark chocolate and sea salt, sunrises and sunsets, and being a birth and postpartum doula.
