Last night we gathered on 9/11 for a Night Of Prayer & Worship in the New York Film Academy in Union Square, where next Sunday night we’re launching our second community.
It was a night I will long remember. Considering we didn’t really promote the night we were encouraged that so many new people came… and it says something about Union Square. Our guests included everyone from a Swiss commodities trader who walked past and saw the sign, to street performers from the square… and everyone in between.
There was a tangible atmosphere of faith and hope in the room, and we spent the night worshiping together and praying over our city & our church and ministering to those who came.
