Liberty Church is looking for a full-time staff member to fill a new position on our leadership team.

The successful candidate will have extensive leadership and management experience, understand deeply the vision & culture of Liberty Church, and see this role as a calling. It is a requirement of the role that the position be filled by someone planted in Liberty Church.
It’s mission is to provide infrastructure, management, resource and momentum to all the ministries and functions that serve the church as a whole.

The Central Ministries Director is responsible for the oversight, growth and leadership of the following ministry areas across Church:
• Visionaries
• All Team Meetings
• Worship Open Nights
• Liberty Sisterhood
• Pastoral Care
• Liberty City
• City-Wide Events
• Liberty Live
• Grow
• Community Groups
As well as leading the following business areas across the Church:
• Administration
• Finance
• Human Resources
• Web
• Creative
• Communications
• Marketing
Skills & Abilities:
• Strong Leader
• Outstanding project management skills
• Excellent communicator; able to build relationships across all areas of the Church
• Ability to lead others towards the vision of the Church
• Strong ability to build, monitor and steward the culture of the Church effectively
• Results oriented
• Collaborative and able to gather & utilize volunteers
• Growing and building a significant ministries and movements on a global scale and
managing multicultural teams
• Able to deal with numerous issues at one time and not be distracted from the vision
whilst managing the day-to-day work
Knowledge:
• Broad knowledge of all central ministries areas including finance, marketing, families, etc
• Strong financial stewardship or experience managing a similar P&L
• Familiarity with a range of systems and tools
Experience:
• All round senior management skills
• Strong Project management experience
• Growing and building a business on a global scale
