Equip

EQUIP is a three-step Leadership Development Program at Liberty Church. At Liberty we believe that to lead others well, we first need to lead ourselves well in every area. 3 John 2 says, “Dear friend, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.” In other words, as we flourish internally every other part of life will follow. Our goal in EQUIP is to provide leadership training for your life, through the lens of scripture, for every sphere of influence God has given you.

EQUIP includes a weekly Tuesday night Discipleship Course where you hear practical teaching from Liberty Pastors and Leaders. EQUIP also includes a ministry team placement. As a Leadership Student you will receive hands-on training and mentorship from high-caliber ministry directors at Liberty Church. You will be given the responsibility of supporting a specific part of the church that relates to your skills and interests as a way to apply in practice what you’re learning.

The three seasons of EQUIP are as follows:
EQUIP 1.0: Leading Yourself (6 months)
EQUIP 2.0: Leading Teams (6 months)
EQUIP 3.0: Leading Leaders (12 months)
