A challenging and rewarding opportunity for a high calibre candidate. Please read the attached PDF for a full brief that outlines the role and requirements. “Everything Intern” - Liberty Church, part-time unpaid
You’ve heard of the Everything Bagel, now we introduce the Everything Intern. This person would have a whatever it takes type of personality; from administration to catering, to assisting with the summer Connect Group launch. There primary role would be to aid Rhema Trayner in whatever she’s doing, whatever that happens to be at the time! Ideally this person would give two days per week over the summer to help us build the church and be part of making a difference for our city.
Media, Marketing and Communications Intern - Ubuntu Education Fund, unpaid part-time
Ubuntu Education Fund (www.ubuntufund.org) provides world-class health and educational support to the orphaned and vulnerable children of Port Elizabeth, South Africa, ensuring they can access higher education and employment. Ubuntu is seeking a highly motivated and digital media savvy intern to assist with the day-to-day media and communications needs of the organization as well as help lead efforts on long-term projects. The applicant will receive hands on training, valuable work experience and responsibility to match their capabilities. FILLED! Church Planting Researcher - Liberty Church, unpaid part-time
Liberty Church is beginning preparation for a third community in Brooklyn in 2013. We are looking for an intern with a heart for our church who would commit at least a day a week over the summer to compile comprehensive demographics and media research to assist with the planning of this new community. Ideally, the research will also extend to our current communities in Tribeca and Union Square to expand our knowledge of these neighborhoods. Editorial Internship - LearnVest, unpaid part-time or full-time
LearnVest is a dynamic startup which was named a TIME Magazine’s Top Website of 2011. Our editorial team is exceptional and the successful intern applicant will learn from a lot of experienced writers/editors. This would be a great internship for someone who wants to get into writing/web/journalism/tech etc. We are looking for folks who are smart, resourceful, with great oral and written communication skills… Go-getter types who enjoy entrepreneurial environments.
