We are a church for everyone. At Liberty, you will experience a welcoming and relaxed environment with a sense of genuine community. There’s no need to dress up or put on pretenses… just come as you are. Our Lounge opens at 9.30am, and our team will be there to assist you with any questions you may have. We hope you’ll join us!
There is something for everyone in our services. It’s an atmosphere of faith with passionate worship and practical bible-based teaching for everyday life. Our services are 75 minutes long and we have a safe & fun programs for children 6 months–5th grade. Our services are held at the New York Society for Ethical Culture, just a few blocks from Columbus Circle.
Community is a core value of our church, and you’ll find friendly people here that are diverse in every way. We look forward to meeting you!
LIBERTY KIDS
Our kids program is fun, safe, and for children from nursery age all the way up to 5th Grade. Check in for your children is located right next to our Kids program. Just turn right when you walk in the front door and follow the signs!

COMMUNITY PASTORS
Danny and Danielle Best
Danny and Danielle Best are the community pastors for Liberty Church Upper West Side. Danny and Danielle have been married for 10 years. Originally from Florida, the Bests moved to New York City to plant Christ Fellowship New York City, which was adopted into the Liberty Church family in January 2016. Both Danny and Danielle have a heart for God and a heart for New York City. The Bests are creative and compassionate people who desire to make Jesus known in New York City.
Next Steps Information
At Liberty Church, we are a community, not just a crowd. One of the easiest ways you can meet new people and begin to experience community is through the Next Steps Course. Next Steps is a 4-week course where you can discover your gifts and talents, find out how you can make a difference in your community and learn how being a part of a local church can help you take a step forward in your faith. The course is offered right after each Sunday service in every Liberty Church location. You can start this Sunday, or sign up by clicking the button below.
