Pastoral Care

Liberty Church’s Pastoral Care team provides loving support for individuals in seasons of challenges or change. Specially trained team members are dedicated to helping people become all that God created them to be, no matter what they’re going through.

As a church we are committed to equipping and discipling people and we have a whole range of ways we do that, from Sunday services to Community Groups and ministries like Visionaries and Liberty Sisterhood. But there are also times in life when circumstances require extra assistance from our Pastoral Care team. These can include:

  • Getting married
  • Marriage issues
  • Grief and loss
  • Relationship issues of all kinds
  • Trauma
  • Family tensions
  • Financial pressures

Pastoral Care at Liberty Church can take many forms, depending on the situation and a person’s unique needs. Pathways for care include:

  • One-on-one care
  • Prayer and healing ministry
  • Home and hospital visitation
  • Pre-marriage and marriage guidance and tools
  • Referrals to long-term counseling, substance abuse services, or other helping professionals

Our Pastoral Care team ministers across all of our Liberty Church communities.

Requesting Prayer Ministry

Prayer ministry is aimed at recognizing and dealing with root issues that affect our lives and relationship with God. Typically during a two hour session, the team, under the guidance of the Holy Spirit, will walk with you through a process of freedom and wholeness. It is a time to allow God’s truth to set us free as His truth replaces lies that keep us from God’s best. To set up an appointment, click here to fill out the request form, and one of our team members will contact you.
